Hi Carlos,
I share your impressions on the JNS and Shapton (i don´t have the Hyper). To me the Shapton feels like 800 and the JNS like 1200.
You could add the difference in wideness and height. I like the 7,5cm on the JNS.
Price in Germany is rather good on the Shapton (43€) and bad on the JNS (75€, because you pay the Vat). Hyper is in the middle (53€).
Cheers, Thomas

Hi Carlos,
nice review. I have a King Delux Stone in 800 grit. It also takes a while to soak probably. I will try your hint to leave the stone in the tank of my toilet. But I am a little afraid of the reaction of my wife, if she catches me while putting the stone "in the toilet".
Regards
Christian

Hi, please do not permasoak the normal 800/1000/1200 King stones because they are loosing much of their grinding power and get too smooth and slippery.
But sure it is possible.
Haven't tried it with my King Hyper.
