Hello Bryan,
your Knives look beatiful. I like the rustic style of the blade and the simplicity of the handle. It shows great craftsmanship. I am sure this is a terrific tool for slicing.
All the best
Christian

takashima are my fav stone for my EDC knives. hakka , i have a realy nice "red" one
but in médium /low stone , my tsushima is a beast. i love that for "tool's edge" for my personal kitchen knife.

Ahh interesting that you really love Jnats and use them from the Start on your knifes! For the lower Stuff i have a gigantic Orange Thai Binsu from Miles.. i love that stone and my grey binsu ,Ikasrashi and Aizu next. But ill get a Watanabe #Ai1000 soon and that stone is simply sick So thanks for sharing what stones you use! Best regards, danieL!

Wow that knife was gone very fast! Yes this "pertrichor finish" sounds interesting.. side of the blade looked more glossy and shiny than the PA Gyuto i was able to try. Sc145 gets insanly sharp and this handle shape and size was very comfortable (well better late feedback on the PA than never *G ) ) Congratulations on the Knife tastebomb ! Seeya,Daniel
