It looks like there went something wrong with your "pâte feuilletée" I think this gonna be a nice looking knife, i can`t remember any damascus/sumiganashi blades from you? Greets Sebastian.

Avec une telle combinaison faut que tu fais gaffe de ne pas perdre trop de carbone du 125 dans les aciers doux.

Greets Sebastian. i never do a kitchen knife like that , and maybe 2 or 3 hunting knives , but too mannnnnyyyy layers ... now, I wanted a more graphic stuff , less layers... i start with "neck knife" , To see what it looks like. what you think ? too much layersor not -?

Looks nice! The Pattern is a little bit too straight for my taste..... as an example a gyuto with only a few layer cladding.... Greets Sebastian.

WOW! Looks pretty awesome! Very slim for the size! Thats what i liked about the PA Knife. The rustic Look is very cool on this one.. Looks like a Suhjihiki.
Also a very cool Picture with the Saw and the Wood chips.

thank you. i like my suji with 2,xx mm on the back. here it's less than 2mm. but , I can not decide if I prefer the gyutos very high or finer.
