Nabend,
DMD's gehen wie üblich bei so hochlegiertem Zeug gut. Für leichte touch ups reicht aber auch ein Suita.
Ich weis leider nicht, was für ein hss es ist, weil Robin das nicht verraten möchte. Er schleift sich meinem Gefühl nach leichter nach, als K390.

Maybe when I quit making knives for my living I will give out details and why I like to do this or that way.

Hi Robin, to share knowledge means not everyone can do the same thing What is in your hands while grinding or making the HT in terms of speed and precision can give you the edge above the other ones Regards Uwe
