Hello everyone ! thank you sebastian for the invitation ;-) my english is very limited, but my german is near to zero so, i am a full time bladesmith , living in france ( near Thiers if you know thiers. sabatier , issard etc etc) . i start forging for make my own tools when i was stonemason, and i slipped slowly to knife making.... now i am full time in my workshop, making small "neck" knife , hunting knife , and of course kitchen knife. my first goal when i start forging few years ago. my steel is the 145sc, i make my sanmai with soft and clean steel, sometimes with wrought iron.... my english is not good enough for explain why i make this steel's choice, but i can ask to my wife to make the traduction if you "need" to know i am not a laser knife guy, as a good friend says , "i make tools, not toys" if you any questions..i am here ;-) you can follow me on instagram bryan raquin Facebook bryan raquin coutelier or my web site: www.bryan-raquin.com ( i will try this year to have more available knives ) thank you again sebastian . I think this knife is very representative of my work.

Hi bryan
The design of your Knives stands out due to a pleasant simple plainness as well as the rough surfaces of your blades!
Very groovy knives...
Welcome on Board
Best Regards, flint

Hi Brian! No way! Another great bladesmith! I had your nice PA Gyuto from Zetium for a week and liked the rustic look but great performance. Well to bad i was to stoned at that time to test it more, but even the super simple test handle was great! No lasers but awesome honest knifes! So best super big welcome and best regards, Daniel!
