Very nice ones! Your forging/knifemaking style is kind of unique, reminds a little bit of the mentioned JJ Tritz (also a French guy) but much thinner! and these very low grinds that cut well . This Nakiri is a little too much for my taste (the handle!) but that handcrafted items are very lovely, especially the saya! Greets Sebastian.....

i already have some 125sc, but i allways need more for the story about the 145sc, Achim make this steel with / for a french knife maker , Eric Plazen ( passed away 1 year ago) , Eric was a very good friend, i learned every thing with him. after he died, his wife contact me, and ask if i wanted his steel. that's why i have 140/150kg.
