185mm thank you Krassi ;-) i think i am ready for the the knife show in march ( first W.E) . these two 160 gyuto are the last i make. now it's time to clean, sharp and rest

Nice Nakiri! for a gyuto you have to grind a tip and a curve to the blade, instead of polishing! I like it as it is. Greets Sebastian.
