I suggest a gyuto in some way like a "masamoto ks profile style" Lenght should be between 240mm - 270mm with a hammered surface. That would be my wish, but mainly it should be a gyuto with hammared surface No matter how the profile looks. Regards, Kai-Uwe

Gyutoo gogoggo A killer cutter 240.. i guess this is Gyutoland here ) .. Since your knifes cut totally awesome, then a big Gyuto with that cool look that you usually use and a nice simple dark handle.
